For a long time I used to worry about things. I would let things get me all anxious and upset. I would think “what if this” or “what if that”. I realized that I cannot do that. It doesn’t do anything for me at all. Well, actually what it does is makes me live less longer and it gets my heart rate up and makes me all nervious. When I get like that I’m not productive and I just want to be a worry wart.
If I could offer up a piece of advice to anyone else that may read this….. You HAVE to stop worrying. Quit letting worry own your life. Get in the Bible, and read how worry doesn’t add anything to your life, and that God takes care of you. Worry is a burden that doesn’t help anything.
DiGiTiLsOuL up on YouTube has a couple good videos on Anxiety and Worry. Check them out. I’ve put links to them below.

In this fast paced world we all often forget about the little things. The simple pleasures in life. Spending time with your wife and little girl. Drinking a Coke and watching a sitcom with your wife. Playing Play-Doh with your little girl.
I saw an accident (3 car pile up) on the way home tonight. I was the 3rd car back from the accident and ended up parking inside some orange construction barrels to go check on the 3 people in the crash to make sure they were ok. On of the people (about a 25 year old girl) had just been hit in the face with an airbag and was crying. She was ok, just really freaked out. I’m thankful that she lived and I have no idea who she even was.
I’m thankful for the little Maple tree that is growing in the backyard (only about 5 inches tall right now). I hope it makes it and keeps on keeping on.
I’m thankful that I have hands, arms, legs, a place to live, a wife and little girl that love me dearly.
I’m thankful for the parents that call us and ask if we’re doing ok just because they love us.
I’m thankful that I have a bed to go sleep in right now as my eyes keep going shut and I’m about to fall asleep. Today has been an insane busy day, but it sure beats not having a job.
Night. Thanks for reading….

So Friday I reloaded my Dell D830 Latitude with Windows XP Pro with SP3. It’s running much faster than Vista business. The only think that’s currently driving me crazy is the fact that sometimes I click on “My Computer” and the contents don’t show up for about 20 seconds or so. What the heck? Since I’m a network analyst / server guy I have to load a BOATLOAD of admin tools, exchange tools etc on this thing. This will take me a few days to get this bad boy back to “normal”.
I’ve been looking for a solution to the slow loading of My Computer contents and haven’t found much.
If you have ever had this problem please feel free to help out and post a comment.

This post is a little different from the rest. In the last week maybe I’ve had this cat showing up on my back porch 2 or 3 times a day. We put a bowl of food and water out because I just cannot let an animal go hungry. Its fur feels like an inside cat not one that has been outside a while. This is what leads me to believe that the cat got out or is lost. We currently have 3 cats or I would take this one in. Of the cats we have 2 of them we took in from outside. We sometimes will put a collar on a cat that says “If I am your cat, please call….” and then put our phone number on it. That way if it goes home at night people see it. Nobody ever called the first time we did this. Now I cannot find the collar and I’m afraid to put one on it because I think it will think that our house is now “home”.
I know that the cat is a female as it has nipples. It also has claws on all 4 feet (this is good as declawing is horrible). It’s really friendly and purrs a lot. It is a really beautiful cat. She has spent parts of certain days lying on our backyard sidewalk in the sun. She seems like she has been taken care of. I just don’t want her to get mistreated or hit by a car.
Anyway, if you know anything about this cat, or lost it or anything please contact me or leave a comment or something. Please help if you can.
I really wish people would understand that inside cats live longer healthier lives and keep their cats inside.
And no, I can’t take it to the local humane society. They are full right now. Really full.
If you’re an asshole who likes to be rude or mean to animals don’t even bother to comment or contact me. Don’t be a dick.
Here are some pictures.
